If you happen to look at the charts above you will see I was dramatically wrong in some outlooks. If you had sold early or held the ride however, you would be okay. I had posted that I expected an important stock market top in late 2009 or early 2010. I still believe that however I have moved that target out into the summer of 2010. I still believe in a huge pm rally (more particularly in physical) for many years. However, I have moved the important top from 2030 to the early 2020's - though this being distant is just tentative now. I think that covers my changes in thinking.

I did miss expecting the dramatic drop in stock prices. It may be that it was an event and not a major change in trend - as 1987 was an event and not a major change in trend. Well we will see if 2010 is the major change in trend. I will post charts from time to time on goldtent where they are easier to keep track of and generate more discussion. I really came over here because there was comment on Canadian Zinc on the Tent and I thought I might have posted a chart as we owned it some time ago but sold. I can't recall whether we sold at a gain or loss as it was a small position and my trading software history does not go back that far.
